League of Legends: Changes Over The Decade

League of Legends is more than a decade old, and the people who originally played it are well aware of its age. Personalities, items, and the entire map have seen numerous major game-changing overhauls, both in terms of gameplay and looks. However, with the exception of a few minor changes, the only real major change to League of Legends in recent years has been the introduction of new champions. With an active player base that is more than 3 million strong and counting, Riot Games has not been able to introduce new champions at a rate fast enough to keep up with demand from players.

There had been a series of changes to the game since 2014. New textures, beast layouts, as well as turrets with much better animations have given the game an incredibly fresh look and greatly changed points from the outdated look of the original launch.

Scripting is a way of cheating your way to the game and therefore a player could be banned for using this.

Riot Games have banned players who are found to be using scripts, which is a violation of the game’s rules. These scripting programs, which only receive an in-game warning and do not carry any further consequences, have been used to help players gain an unfair advantage over others. Players using computer scripts to gain an advantage will be warned and if they continue, they will be permanently banned from the game
